The deal we went through with Chrysler was acceptable, intersting and awesome. The salesperson Frankie was great. He spent every inch of his time to see us through to get a same day insurance so we could intersting and awesome. The salesperson Frankie was great. I had a horrible experience at this dealership. They used a bait & switch approach to get my family out to their dealership on a Tuesday evening. When we got there, the salesman comes out with the They used a bait & switch approach to get my family out to their dealership on a Tuesday evening. When we got there, the salesman comes out with the excuse that 'that car is being serviced right now & it might be available at the end of the week, but we have another minivan that you can take a look at'. Those words and that level of poor salesmanship and unprofessionalism struck me at the core. I walked out of the dealership. The minivan that I was interested in was ONLY click bait to get customers to 'walk into their over crowded lot' and settle instead on their OVERPRICED new vehicles. Good luck staying afloat in a bad economy with those predatory practices. I will never step foot into their business again and NEITHER should you. More

I am not happy with the service that I received while purchasing the car. 15 words is not enough to explain all my problems. First of all, they did not honor the $500 coupon and discounted from the price purchasing the car. 15 words is not enough to explain all my problems. First of all, they did not honor the $500 coupon and discounted from the price that was advertised Internet and unbeknownst to me. The car was increased from 7,775 to 10,900. Preoccupied with aqui acquiring low insurance was in the dealership for over five hours and rushed through signing the paperwork which I did not get any copies of as of yet. Ifeel hood-winked. I’m really think I need to give it back and get my money. More
