The place is small and very crowded. The car we went to see was damaged in a few places. When we mentioned it the salesman said “not all cars are pristine”. We figured since the car wasn’t in great shape there would be room for negotiation. Not only would they not budge on the price but informed us that they add $2,495 to the price of the car for an inspection that was already done. The salesman had the audacity to tell us “that’s how things are now”. No, it’s not. Not a reputable dealer - which is where we have been shopping. I do NOT recommend this dealer. More

Horrible came with my family we purchased 4 cars and gotten lied to and robbed. They tell you one thing and then stop answering the phone for you sold us a lemon and refused to handle the situation. Pai gotten lied to and robbed. They tell you one thing and then stop answering the phone for you sold us a lemon and refused to handle the situation. Paid them the DMV fee’s and still don’t have the registration for the vehicle don’t ever go to this place they sell you Lemons and then ignore you been going back and forth since Aug I have never experienced such and I have been to multiple different dealers and by far this is the worst do some research before you give these people any of your money More

STAY AWAY FRON THIS DEALER! !!! I tried to make a purchase from them and they lied and ignored my calls while I had a 700 plus credit score and a 5k down-payment. When I filled o !!! I tried to make a purchase from them and they lied and ignored my calls while I had a 700 plus credit score and a 5k down-payment. When I filled out their approval form I got back payments for 381 a month, and then they did it and told me 738. They tried to add my down-payment to the total cost of the car, rather than subtract it. A sales rep by the name of Sara was completely disrespectful as she ignored me on every opportunity. It was like they just didn't want to sell me the car, whereas I was extremely respectful and polite. I wish I could post screenshots. More

Terrible. They used bait and switch tactics. Reported to FTC. Confirmed price twice before I drove there and when I arrived. They kept me there 4 hours. At They used bait and switch tactics. At the end an"optional"warranty that they said was just a few dollars more became mandatory and cost 3k. Plus mandatory financing went from a 4.5% quote when i walked in to a predatory 11.1% 4 hours later. More
