Extremely Disrespectful Experience Avoid This Dealership I had a scheduled appointment on June 12, 2025, and drove in from Queens specifically to test drive a vehicle we were seriously interes Dealership I had a scheduled appointment on June 12, 2025, and drove in from Queens specifically to test drive a vehicle we were seriously interested in. Despite confirming our intent ahead of time, we were told upon arrival that no test drive plates were available because the dealership was closing. This was incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of our time. To make matters worse, the sales representative we dealt with was shockingly unprofessional rude, dismissive, and even used foul language toward my husband during the conversation. It was the most disrespectful experience we’ve ever had at a dealership. Customer service and basic courtesy should never be optional especially for serious buyers. I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership. We’ve taken our business elsewhere and won’t be returning. More
