Jon Lancaster employees were extremely customer service oriented. They acted as if they wanted to sell cars, with out being "pushy". I went to buy a 2011 Camry and traded in a 1998 Camry. Working with Shawn was a real pleasure. He never forced us into buying any options we did not wanted. Initially We were apprehensive in driving over 180 miles to the dealership as we had not negotiated the trade-in value. Shawn was very professional about every aspect of the sales and was completely unlike the pushy salespeople you see at other dealerships (including Toyota). In fact, there was an extra feature on the car which was not in the description that he had read to me and he agreed to waive the price for it. We are happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend Shawn to anyone who wants to buy a Toyota. More

I was just stating to look for a new vehicle. My son is turning 16 next year and I plan to give him my Camry. I had no intention of purchasing a vehicle until next year. When the exact vehicle I wanted was not on the lot he was able to locate what I wanted very quickly and called to confirm he was able to find what I wanted. It was Don's professionalism that sold me on the 2011 Highlander now. He did everything I asked him to do. He listened to what I wanted and let me know when he located that car. The Toyota website helped tremedously in doing my research upfront. It was great to do a lot of the comparision shopping from my home and then narrow down my choices before going out to the dealerships. He negotiated fairly, gave me sufficient access to the vehicle for test driving, and was able to answer all of my questions. Initially, Nate asked probing yet friendly and lighthearted questions to help him understand exactly what it was I was looking for. Following the sale, Nate was very detailed in orientating me with the car. He took exceptional time to be certain I understood how each of the features worked and as a result he maximized my enjoyment with my new purchase. I have purchased many vehicles in my 60 years, I have never met a more attentive nor more helpful salesperson. Nate Riesen personifies the concept of quality customer service. As soon as I walked in I got greeted and helped. Dave had worked with my brother on buying a new truck last year so we wanted to work with him again. All the paper work was reviewed and went smoothly. I wish my car would've been a little cheaper but its kind of hard with a new 2011 car. My car was spotless when I came to get it. Dave checked in with me a couple days later and asked if I had any questions and if it was a great fit. I am impressed by the kind of sales guy he is. He really makes sure you are happy with what you purchased. The whole building was clean and comfortable. It has a very nice layout and is relaxing. Everyone was very helpful. They made sure we got a beverage if we wanted. The employees are great. More
