I had so much fun buying my new Rav4 with David Virgell! I am not always comfortable when it comes to cars and such, but he made me feel comfortable when I first talked to him on the phone! I WAS LOOKING FOR A REPLACEMENT VEHICLE THAT HAD AWD, A I WAS LOOKING FOR A REPLACEMENT VEHICLE THAT HAD AWD, A BIT SMALLER THAN MY PACIFICA, HIGH END ACCESSORIES, AND SOMETHING THAT HAD ENTRANCE AND EXIT I WAS LOOKING FOR A REPLACEMENT VEHICLE THAT HAD AWD, A BIT SMALLER THAN MY PACIFICA, HIGH END ACCESSORIES, AND SOMETHING THAT HAD ENTRANCE AND EXIT WITHOUT A CLIMB OR SIT DOWN TO DO IT. THE VENZA ON THE SHOWROOM FLOOR WAS A NEW VEHICLE TO ME. IT SOON BECAME APPARENT TO ME THAT THIS WAS WHAT I WANTED. NOW TO GET THE PRICE AND EXTRAS AND SO FORTH. CHRIS WAS ABSOLUTELY HONEST AND ACCURATE IN WHAT HE SAID ABOUT THE VEHICLE. HE WORKED WITH ME IN GETTING ONE AS THEY HAD NONE THAT WERE EQUIPED AS I WANTED IT ON THE LOT. WE FOUND THAT EVEN THEN ALTHOUGH CERTAIN THINGS WERE SUPPOSED TO BE ON IT....THEY WERE NOT. HE RECTIFIED IT AND WHEN THE DATE AND TIME FOR ME TO PICK THE VEHICLE UP CAME...ALL WAS PERFECT. I ATTENDED THE NEW OWNERS PARTY THAT THE DEALERSHIP HAD THE OTHER NIGHT. IT WAS A VERY INFORMATIVE COUPLE OF HOURS AND THINGS WERE EXPLAINED THAT MIGHT HAVE BEEN BROUGHT UP DURING THE COURSE OF THE SALE IT CERTAINLY WAS NOT MADE AS CLEAR AS THEY DID IT. I LOOK FORWARD TO A GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH THE DEALERSHIP. AGAIN, CHRIS DID EVERYTHING WELL AND I COULD NOT ASK FOR A MORE CONSIDERATE AND CAPABLE SALESMAN. More
