I first used the website truecar.com to find the lowest price since I already knew what car I wanted. On the website Nate did have the lowest price but there was a dealership in Milwaukee that said they w price since I already knew what car I wanted. On the website Nate did have the lowest price but there was a dealership in Milwaukee that said they would beat that deal by $100.00. So of course I went with the Milwaukee Dealership (closer to home and $100 less expensive). However when I was getting ready to sign the paperwork the final number was not the number that I was quoted online. The salesman tried to then sell me on the higher number. I showed him Nate's quote and his own quote that said he would beat that price by $100.00. He then told me that there was no way Nate could get me that deal and that he could not go that low. I then stepped away and called Nate. Nate said absolutely I can get you that deal, come on over to Madison. So I did. The whole staff was very nice and attentive. Nate took me for a test drive and showed me all the features. We then went in to do the paperwork. I watched him as he typed the #'s into the computer, a bit nervous due to the experience I had just had at the other dealership. But not to worry Nate gave me exactly what he quoted me and within an hour I was on my way home with my new car. Overall wonderful experience. Our salesperson (Nate) was very helpful in the process of purchasing a new car. The dealership in general was clean and no one seemed in any way "pushy". We contacted Nate Riesen last summer and thought we were ready for a new van. The same day we took a test drive the stock market crashed. We were hesitant to make a purchase and put it off. It took several months and we got back in touch with Nate. This time we took the plunge. We are busy and communicate often by email. Nate was prompt in responding and the price was better than what we could do elsewhere. What was really great? Nate helped us pull off a surprise with our kids. They had no idea we were going to buy the van. We told them we were going for a test drive. Nate took the time to show the kids around and then took them to our van and had them sit in it. We told them it was ours. Now we have a great Sienna. Nate is knowledgable, professional and obviously patient. We were happy with our experience with Nate and love our Toyota. We'd gladly work with Nate again. We did not trade in our old Sienna-its still a young 13. More
Lancaster had the best price & could get the exact vehicle we wanted. The vehicle was detailed & ready when we arrived two hours early & met David. Nate covered all the features & offered his help if we had any questions. Nate also offered other options along with the finance person. We had to wait for the paperwork to be signed but it was a busy day. We paid in full at the time of purchase with no financing.Everyone was friendly & helpful.I also did a Toyota survey before this one.I would purchase again from Lancaster & would recommend to a friend. The salesman was friendly and personable and assisted in finding me the car I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable and knew the Camry inside and out and able to answer all of my questions without hes finding me the car I was looking for. Nate was great to work with. I sought him out when I was ready to trade in my RAV4 - also bought by Nate. Regarding my new Venza purchase, Nate worked hard to find the vehicle I wanted, negotiating with a California dealership in order to get the exact model and color. No small feat. Best way to describe Nate is, he's a cool dude that I trust.
