Jon Lancaster was probably the 6th or 7th dealership that I visited within a month as I debated about what types of vehicle I would purchase before I finally settled on the Tacoma and it was the cleanest and most professional looking facility of all those that I visited. The people there were very friendly and welcoming. I think other dealerships can learn a lot from this one. In regards to the Tacoma, so far so good. It is my first Toyota product and I am hoping it will be as reliable as my 7yr old Mazda3 or the 10yr old Honda CRV that the Tacoma replaced. More
