I have always had positive experiences at JL-Toyota, except when i came in for a service visit with my 2 year old child. I was mis-informed about how long the appt would take, which ended up taking eve except when i came in for a service visit with my 2 year old child. I was mis-informed about how long the appt would take, which ended up taking even an hour longer. I had to wait in the waiting room for 2.45 hours with my 2 year old, when i was told it would be a half-hour appt. I was also neglected until i went to ask what was taking so long, which happened several times. When i saw through the window my car was brought up, i walked back to the service area where Gene (the service guy who was "taking care of me") was talking on the phone. i waited where he could see me, but when he was off the phone he walked over to someone who just walked in and proceded to help them. I was done by that point and loaded myself and my child into my car and proceeded to leave. He ran up to the window to get a signiture he needed and we left. very poor customer service by Gene Arndt. He could have made the situation a lot better if he would have just kept us informed. i would have even overlooked his mistake about the time frame. Very frustrating and miserable morning for our family. More
When I went to Jon Lancaster, I really was only seeing what deals were available. I was driving a 2008 FJ Cruiser and was looking at a 2013 FJ. I have purchased cars from dealers before, but I have to say that David Virgell and the staff at Jon Lancaster provide by far the best experience ever. This dealership hands down is the best. They have amazing customer service, along with friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. I believe that buying a car should be exciting and fun and I have to say I totally enjoyed the experience at Jon Lancaster. You can see that the sales staff truly enjoys what they do and prides themselves in making the experience of buying a new or used car and fun and enjoyable. The sales manager as well as the finance staff went out of their way to offer me an amazing deal. I would highly recommend Jon Lancaster Toyota to anyone looking at buying a new or used Toyota. More
While the service lead was polite, and the work was done well, there is a lot to be desired with communication and timeliness. I brought my 2010 RAV4 in for a few problems, a clunk from the steering colu well, there is a lot to be desired with communication and timeliness. I brought my 2010 RAV4 in for a few problems, a clunk from the steering column, a head gasket leak, an oil change, and a recall to replace a couple bolts on the rear suspension. All under warranty, except the oil change, of course. The quote for this work was one week. I was loaned a Camry Hybrid to use while I waited for repairs to be completed. The repairs actually took a total of THREE weeks, 300% of the original estimate. During that time, we had a snowstorm, and Christmas, so I could see being off by a few days, but two whole extra weeks? Come on. Apparently I am not alone in getting a wildly inaccurate estimate, as the woman behind me checking out was quoted 2 hours and her job actually took 8. Also annoying was that at no time did the rep call to inform me of a delay, I had to initiate all communication. Thankfully, he was quite polite, but kept giving me one date after another that slipped away. More

The service was excellent in terms of follow-up and working with us in purchasing the Camry. I appreciated the fact that Shawn did most of the communication with me in emails. I never felt pressured to working with us in purchasing the Camry. I appreciated the fact that Shawn did most of the communication with me in emails. I never felt pressured to buy the vehicle by him. I also appreciated the follow up after we purchased the car extending an invitation to help us learn the navigation and other features of the Camry. I have dealt with Jon Lancaster in the past with other Toyota's and have experienced very good service. I have recommended Jon Lancaster to my daughter to purchase another vehicle. More

I initially started my vehicle search at Smart Toyota. A friend of mine said to at least go see what Jon Lancaster could do and said I needed to track down Shawn Sittleburg. I met with Shawn one day over friend of mine said to at least go see what Jon Lancaster could do and said I needed to track down Shawn Sittleburg. I met with Shawn one day over my lunch hour and he got me an offer that blew Smart Toyota out of the water. I was very picky when it came to what vehicle I wanted but Shawn had it for me in 2 days. He is extremely laid back and treats a person right. He has called several times since I purchased the car to make sure I am enjoying it. Simply put, Shawn is the man!! More

Tasha was part of seeing my 2010 in sad shape from an accident and had done some research to find another one for me. She found a good price for me and was extremely patient while I went though a few of their new Prius's. So I was extremely happy when I was able to come home with a nicer package including leather heated seats and a navigational system. She was very personable and meet the needs that a business women would need in a car! I would go back to her again just because she was there for me and found the car that was perfect for me! Also, Quince did his Tax homework for us and that was an eye opener and of great HELP for the sale of this car. Thanks More
