He was very knowledgeable about the car and the car's history and helped make the sale go very smoothly including helping with getting (and printing) all the needed information (title, registration, plates, insurance, etc.) It made purchasing the van a great experience and I would purchase from East Madison Toyota and Andy again. All of the sales staff were helpful and courteous. East Madison Toyota obviously cares about customer satisfaction, great care is taken before cars ever make it to the lot, and the prices are very reasonable. I really appreciate that they include the CarFax report and all of the other vehicle information. They also have wi-fi available which was very useful for looking up needed information in the store. I didn't think I'd commit to a vehicle that night and I did. They all made sure I test drove each model to get what 'I' wanted. They weren't pushy or ever put pressure on me to make a decision. They were extremely professional, listened to what I wanted, pulled out 4Runners for me to test drive, answered all my questions and cared about every detail and me more than what I've ever experienced working with car sales. I came home and started to look online and found several used cars and called Zac. He was very helpful and courteous so we made an appointment to visit. Because East MADISON was willing to work with us and find the car I really wanted we bought a new 2017 Toyota Camry and they traveled to Appleton, WI to retrieve it. They also were able to do the entire anti rust package and interior by Saturday morning for pickup so we wouldn't have to make an extra trip. They beat the price, extended our maintenance and through in a gas card to boot! Every one was was so caring! Also took a lot of time giving me a tutorial on how the car works! More
