We worked with Tommy Johnson and he made the experience SO easy and enjoyable that we returned a couple days later to trade in our 2016 Honda CRV for a 2018 RAV4! There was no up-selling or trying to get us to buy something more expensive. Tommy was all about identifying and meeting our vehicle needs, and he nailed it! He also gave the entire experience a very personal touch by sharing about his family and making a genuine effort to get to know us. Though we hope our vehicles last a long time, we will be going back to East Madison Toyota and working with Tommy when it's time for new wheels. And we will DEFINITELY have all of our service performed there. Heck, I even took my Honda CRV there for service because the experience is so exceptional! We reviewed what type of car I was looking for, needs, and budget. I looked at a few on the inventory online and let Sida know which ones I was interested in seeing. Went in the next day to test drive a few cars.Sida was great in explaining features of the 2017 vs. the 2009. Found the 2017 Corolla that was a good fit for me.
