We drove our new car home yesterday after meeting several times with Tom, our sales representative. Tom answered all of our questions and made this the best buying experience. Alex went over the purchasing paperwork and made it a point to get to know us and to answer all of our questions and go over all financing options. I am so completely happy with my interaction with all staff members that I am recommending East Madison Toyota to my family members. More

My brother had a pleasant and hassle free experience. Lynn was very courteous and Alex was pleasant and quick with paperwork. I just wish I had known that the car had been driven by a smoker, as when I came to pick it up I noticed (too late) that although the car is clean that the car has very bad cigarette fumes. I have been working very hard to remove the fumes with vinegar. I would recommend this dealership to others based on the service alone, I just warn you to take the time to really check out the vehicle for everything that might be a downside.n More

Toyota RAV4 Purchase It was indeed hassle free working with Andy and Alex on my daughter's car purchase. Everything was setup and agreed upon remotely (sitting in Boston) It was indeed hassle free working with Andy and Alex on my daughter's car purchase. After walking into the dealership and test drove the car one last time (actually first test drove @ Both Toyota in Norwood MA [thanks!]), my daughter almost decided not to buy. She was a little nervous making a big purchase. Both Andy and Alex were ok and did not apply any pressure and gave us time to think over and decide. I was told it would take four hours for installation and alignment, and thought this was too long considering I had an appointment. Other tire installation places quoted approximately 2 hours wait for same service. They did only take three and a half hours so wasn't the worst. Also they charge $3.99 per tire to dispose. So I took my tires home( I can get rid of them for free with my garbage pickup) and ask to have that fee waived. After reviewing my invoice I was still charged $3.99 per tire so I had to call them back to get a credit. Service tech I spoke with was very nice and said that I would get credited on Monday. And he did throw in a free oil change for the hassle. More

We arrived there on a rainy day and as soon as we got near the door, two guys jumped to open the doors for us so we could just dash in. That's the kind of service we appreciated. We linked up with Dave Virgell almost immediately and he helped us sort through our needs and zero in on the car for us. One more visit to work out the financing and we were good to go. High marks to Dave for helping us sort through everything and come up with a Highlander Hybrid. And high marks to Johnathan for running us through the bells and whistles. More
