A Positive Experience I mostly dealt with Jason Schultz. He was friendly and easy to work with. He was able to answer every question we had and was patient with us. I believe that it was Rudy who handled the paperwork, and he was also helpful and friendly. I don't remember the name of the young man who went over our purchased car, but he was also great to work with. He had a good sense of humor and answered all of our questions with out giving us a bunch of extra info that we weren't ready for yet. Overall, I would definitely recommend them. More

Regis Goyke sold me a lemon I bought a 2008 Honda Civic Hybrid from Regis Goyke in June and in August I found out that the tire rods were rusted together and affected the ability I bought a 2008 Honda Civic Hybrid from Regis Goyke in June and in August I found out that the tire rods were rusted together and affected the ability to turn the car ($500)! Along with that the struts and strut rotators needed to be replaced ($500) and they sold me a car with locking lug nuts and no key to remove them (removing the lug nuts cost $50). Regis also specifically said that hybrid batteries don't actually die and it was a "myth" guess what car requires a new battery ($3,000). I am so furious and disappointed with Regis for selling me on his honesty and failing to follow through on any of my emails, calls or promises he made to get the car repaired. I will not be recommending this place to anyone and encourage people to take their business elsewhere. More

Poor service followed up with lies I bought a used Sienna from these guys. Car is ok thought they really are poor at getting back to me. I needed a hitch on the car and I felt they'd d I bought a used Sienna from these guys. Car is ok thought they really are poor at getting back to me. I needed a hitch on the car and I felt they'd done me a solid during the wait for the title of my trade in to get cleared so I had them install the hitch. Dispite the fact they were a couple of hundred dollars more for the same hitch installed elsewhere. Big mistake on my part! I told them 3 times I needed a 7 pin rv connecter on the wiring. They didn't do it. Installed a 4 pin flat connecter which meant there was no connection for the trailer brakes. In trying to get this made right I received no end to excuses. Finally they said they couldn't do it as it would void my car warranty. A call to Toyota exposed that as a lie. I was told I'd receive a refund for the wiring. That was a lie also. Never received a check. These guys are not too be trusted, they don't do what the say they will, then the lie to cover up. Avoid them!! More

Friendly and fast I was originally looking at a new 2018 yaris ia. I didn't get approved for financing on that car, but warren made sure i got approved for a car. So far im happy with this car. And i was out of there pretty quick. Overall, i was happy with the experience here. I would definitely consider shopping here again. More
