Sam and David listened to my concerns with the paint and made it right. So happy to have found a resolution to this problem. I picked up my brand new vehicle and it looked amazing. One day while washing it I noticed some bubbles in the paint. I found the defect within the first couple of weeks. I took it to Toyota East Madison thinking they would take care of it. They gave me the run around, had a regional tech look at it and the technician said it was due to a car wash, or tree sap. I took it to two different paint places and they told me that there was no way the defect was due to the two suggest reason by the dealer. The service department was barely responsive to any questions I had. I currently have a question out to them and they haven't responded in over 3 weeks. The service department has no concern for other peoples time and does anything but try to make their customers happy. So glad I got the extended warranty (NOT!), which by my experience so far means they will try and get out of doing any work. I also contacted national and my sales person, no one is trying to offer me a solution, just trying their hardest to not take any responsibility. More
Early Nov. of 2022 in Appleton,, my 2002 Beetle was rear-ended by a truck and was beyond repair. She had less than 89,000 and in almost perfect condition. I then found the 2018 VW Beetle on line at East Madison Toyota...OMG the Habanero orange was a wonderful color/vehicle. I have always driven a foreign car and had to have one of the LAST Beetles. At my age, I will not be shopping for another car...unless an accident. Sida Liu my sales person was friendly, patient, respectful and very professional. The person handling the finances should learn how to be more personable and smile...but over-all the situation was a TRIP and a half! A kid of the 60's ! More

We recently visited East Madison Toyota, looking for a used car. The salesperson we spoke with was friendly, but did not give complete answers regarding the $299 "Documentary Fee," saying something vague used car. The salesperson we spoke with was friendly, but did not give complete answers regarding the $299 "Documentary Fee," saying something vague about "It's covers their cost of keeping records for 7 years." We filled out East Madison Toyota's online form to make an offer on the car we liked, as well as to calculate our old car's trade in value. When we showed this form to the salesperson, he asked, "What's this?" not recognizing his own dealership's form. The price on the 2018 used "Certified" RAV4 on the lot was $2,845 higher than market price, according to several online tools we used. Plus, this car had what I considered to be worn tires. Our understanding is that Toyota requires new tires to be put on Certified cars (maybe not?). However, the dealer was not willing to give us new tires, nor lower his price. So we left this dealership and visited another one where we purchased a brand new 2021 RAV4 HYBRID for only slightly more than what East Madison Toyota was asking for a three year old gas model. It's the little things that count and build trust. We will not shop here again. More
I lease a 2021 Toyota Tundra and damaged the sidewall of one of my tires. This is not the dealership I leased my truck from, but it is 5 minutes away from where the damage happened. I contacted the dealer I leased from and scheduled an appointment later in the week to have it looked at. The tire was damaged enough that the cords were showing through the sidewall and I didn't feel comfortable driving on it for an extended period of time. This dealership is an official Toyota dealership, and very close to where I was, so I stopped by to have them put on my full-size spare. I was turned away because I didn't have an appointment. While I understand that there are other customers, it would have taken any of their techs 5 minutes to remove the damaged tire and replace it with the spare. They were willing to let me leave the dealership with a dangerously damaged tire, rather than sparing 5 minutes of their time to help a customer in need. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I however have had nothing but great experiences at Smart Toyota on the west side. More
Joe Sergi has provided consistent quality care for all 3 of the toyota cars my family owns. We have purchased 5 Toyota vehicles over the years and we keep coming back to East Madison Toyota because of the of the toyota cars my family owns. After 5 years of having all 4 the vehicles in our family serviced and puchased at East Madison Toyota, we will be going elsewhere from now on. My parents purchased a BRAND NEW 2019 Toyota Prius off their lot. All of the maintence was done on time and at East Madison Toyota. After only 14,000 miles, they were told their tires were ruined because the factory alignment is faulty. Their "solution"? Charge my parents $800 to fix their mistake. On a BRAND NEW vehicle. This is simply not acceptable. East Madison Toyota has just lost two families of loyal customers. Please consider joining us and utilizing a different dealership. More

Everything was awesome and I got in and out of there quickly but, when I looked at my sheet that they gave me it said they did all these things like check the radiator and check the fluids the only thin quickly but, when I looked at my sheet that they gave me it said they did all these things like check the radiator and check the fluids the only thing I saw that was checked was the oil. Otherwise everything was fine but if they didn’t check stuff they shouldn’t put it down on the sheets that they give you and say they are checked.That was my only issue otherwise everything was awesome!
