I have been working with this dealership for several months trying to find the right car for me. That meant several meetings, multiple text exchanged and emails. I was fortunate enough to work with Ta months trying to find the right car for me. That meant several meetings, multiple text exchanged and emails. I was fortunate enough to work with Tashi, Sida and Robyn as a team, and they were the best crew of folks! Not only was my communication seamless between the three, the fact that they worked as a team gave me excellent customer support as they were able to give me the attention required in real time. Additionally, they heard my needs and matched me with the best vehicle for me. Lastly, they didn't rush the sale, they gave me time to consider my options, to make changes as necessary and to come back with new needs and different options. Never once did I feel like my change of mind was causing any of them any frustration, they consistently showed up with excellent customer service and warm heartedness. I appreciate the diversity of the team as well, their various backgrounds made me and my husband feel seen. It was nice to not just be pushed through the experience, they weren't just looking to make a sale, they were looking to build a relationship with me. Thank you! More
Appointment address sent via email was wrong. Left me without my car at night. I asked my what options were and was told “we’ll I don’t have a car for you”. Service center could not give me an Left me without my car at night. I asked my what options were and was told “we’ll I don’t have a car for you”. Service center could not give me an ETA on an oil change and tire rotation. Then called 1 minute before close to tell me my car was ready. I called back twice with no response. Call center said they’d have the key left at sales but they didn’t know that this was a separate building. I drive back to wait 15 minutes to hear that I have to figure out how to get home without my car and there’s nothing they can do to help me More
