We cross shopped the two Madison area Toyota dealers. Our experience at Smart motors was not a good one. The sales person that we delt with there did not know much than we did about the 2007 Rav4 that w Our experience at Smart motors was not a good one. When we went to Jon Lancaster Toyota we delt with Mark who was much more knowledgable about the Rav4. He explained all three trim levels and the difference between all of them. He talked to us about 2wd vs. 4wd, the reasons for buying a 4cyl vs. a V6 and *** the towing capabilities. Mark was very low pressure to buy from and that what we wanted -- I hate buying new cars. Jon Lancaster Toyota has earned my business and I hope they earn yours. More
