I had a fantastic experience working with Nate at Toyota. I spent several months casually shopping online and Nate was supportive of my efforts. Nate transformed my feelings about car salespeople - he worked with me on price, coming in significantly lower than the competitor on the very same car, using no stupid "got to check with my manager" trick worked with me on price, coming in significantly lower than the competitor on the very same car, using no stupid "got to check with my manager" tricks, and was speedy and efficient. He was willing to do a great deal of the negotiating by email, saving me the drive over until I was sure the deal was worth it.
