After comparison shopping for a few different makes, including going to the auto show in Milwaukee, I had decided to purchase a Rav4. I did a lot of "window shopping" online. Most of the dealers gave me little, if any, consideration when I asked specifics about price, features, etc. On the other hand, Abby was absolutely clear and straight-forward on price, trade-in value and all other aspects of the deal. I was very impressed that she and the folks Jon Lancaster could essentially do a deal over the internet, with a trade in - - without seeing my vehicle. Then when the actual deal and delivery was made, Abby made time for me to come in early and had all the paperwork ready to go for my trade in and then my purchase of the Rav4. Her finance manager was clear and not pushy about additional options I might want. He had everything in order to make the deal go without a hitch. And finally, the vehicle was ready and Abby gave me a thorough presentation of the features. Since I don't live in the Madison area, and had to get to work, being able to meet early in the morning, having everything ready to go, not bogging me down with extras and not having to wait for delivery was very important to me. This was the most pleasant new car buying experience I have had - -only one other has come close. More

Nate went above and beyond to get things done for me in the limited time we had to complete the purchase transaction. I doubt any other person or dealership would be able to put together a purchase contra the limited time we had to complete the purchase transaction. I have purchased two vehicles from Nate at Jon Lancasters and both times he met me when he said he would and had the vehicle we where interested in ready to go.
