My wife and I went shopping for a new 2010 Toyota Camry so we went to Jon Lancaster Toyota to see what kind of deal that we could get. I had contacted our salesperson Nate Riesen the day before via the Jon Lancaster Toyota Website. Nate was very helpful from the begining so we set up an appointment to meet with him the next day to see what our options were. We were made to feel very comfortable from the begining and setting up our trade and lease went very smooth. We got the car that we wanted for a very reasonable price, and received a very fair value for the 2008 Corolla that we traded in. Overall I would not hesitate to do business with Nate and Jon Lancaster Toyota again. More

My wife and I each bought 2005 vehicles (Toyota Tacoma and Rav4) new. I got the extended service package which I highly endorse. They change the oil & filter, check over everything, rotate the tires (I'l and Rav4) new. I got the extended service package which I highly endorse. I have not spent a dime on service except for the original deal and get an excellent car wash every time as a compliment along with some of the best coffee around..The service is so fast and efficient that I usually don't even have the coffee finished by the time my truck is done! This is a good opportunity to suggest that the service team replace their windshield washing fluid with a 'RainX' type of fluid. I ran out this year and bought some RainX...The difference was astronomical! Although we did not buy our Toyota's from them, we have had conversations with the very caring sales-team of Nate & Abby Riesen who, I feel, very much enjoy what they do and want only to have very satisfied customers, for life...The 'key' to any good business. I highly suggest that new customers ask for Nate or Abby by name. The thought that we paid far less for two of the top-rated vehicles in the industry, as compared to other choices, still thrills both Jean and I. It'll be years before we need to think about replacing our great vehicles but we are the first to rave about our excellent experiences with the team at Jon Lancaster Toyota..Very good people. Nate was an awesome salesman. I'm 47 years old and have purchased many cars over my lifetime and have never had a greater sales person. We purchased a new 2008 Prius from Jon Lancaster two years ago. When we started to look for a second Prius, Jon Lancaster's web site was the first place we looked. While waiting to give my son a ride home from his service visit, I chanced to browse the Toyota showroom. When I entered the showroom all the male salesmen ignored me, but this wonderful woman came right up visit, I chanced to browse the Toyota showroom. When I entered the showroom all the male salesmen ignored me, but this wonderful woman came right up and asked if she could tell me more about the Toyota Highlander Hybrid I was looking at. At the time they were very hard to get. Someone had ordered this particular model and did not like the color, so it was available. I was interested in seeing the interior and also in driving it. It was snowing hard outside, but Tashi brushed all the snow off the car, warmed it up, and off we went for a test drive. The car handled beautifully in the snow and I loved it. I decided to purchase the car even though when I came to the dealer that day, that was the last thing on my mind. On delivery she took time to go over all features of the new car and made sure I was comfortable with everything before sending me off. I would recommend her highly as a salesperson. More
