During our recent car buying process, we were reviewing regional dealerships looking to locate a specific vehicle, and identified some potential candidates after searching a number of dealer and independen regional dealerships looking to locate a specific vehicle, and identified some potential candidates after searching a number of dealer and independent websites. We contacted a few of them to follow up. John Lancaster was one of the dealerships we followed up with, and they were by far the most responsive. Our salesperson was quick to respond to requests for further information, help us coordinate an approximation of our trade value, and to address any concerns about coordinating a transaction to take place a couple hours away from our home. When we arrived at the dealership everything was prepared and ready to help us make the transaction as quick and smooth as possible. This included coordinating pre-approval for Toyota financing, having the trade appraisal lined up to happen while we test drove the new vehicle, and having much of the paperwork and pricing details lined up ahead of time. In addition to the smooth process for the traditional car purchasing experience, the salesperson went beyond what i would consider normal expectations and worked with us to set up some of the technology features before we left the dealership (things like the hands-free telephone service) instead of leaving us to figure it out ourselves later. Even following the transaction, the dealership and salesperson have been very responsive to follow-up requests. Having purchased the vehicle out of state we had to work through the title process in our home state. While working with the local government agency to handle the new title application, there were questions that I did not have the answer to. I called the salesperson and she was helpful in providing the necessary information immediately - saving us from having to go home, track down the information, and come back at a later date to finish the title application. I would definitely recommend this dealership, as well as the specific salesperson, to anyone with absolutely no reservations. More
Nate is a very outgoing, enjoyable sales person. We had a great experience with him and believe he gave us the best deals he could. The financial person that works with Nate and Abby was very cordial and a great experience with him and believe he gave us the best deals he could. I had a great experience, fast and convienent. The Van we purchased has been the best vehicle we have ever owned. We really enjoyed our buying experience for our new Prius 2010 with Nate and Abby. The were both thorough professionals and we would highly recommend their team as a sales associate to anyone looking to buy 2010 with Nate and Abby. On a separate note, as everyone knows the Prius 2010 had the ABS recall. We took it in to get it fixed. The dealership (now in CA - North Hollywood Toyota) dealt with the problem and "repaired" it. However, even after the recall fix I have notices that the car speeds up if I hit a pothole as I am breaking. So the software fix did not really repair the problem. I have an inkling that this has something more to it than a small software fix. I will be getting in touch with the local dealership here soon. More
In 30 years of car buying, including a few times helping out others, this has to be the friendliest and most courteous dealership we have ever encountered. And to top it off, Abby our saleperson, who may ha out others, this has to be the friendliest and most courteous dealership we have ever encountered. And to top it off, Abby our saleperson, who may have been the youngest I've ever dealt with, turned out to possibly be the most knowledgeable. They also seemed to truly care about our time. No one wants to spend all day in the car buying process, and they did an outstanding job of taking us seriously and moving things along. (as they should be) I would say that Extremely Courteous and Extremely Efficient is how I would sum them up. More

They helped and taught me how set up features in my new car like bluetooth and satellite radio. Abby is especially familiar with the business traction side of buying a car. If you had to leave a message, the phone call was returned very promptly. I forgotten the names car salesman that I have dealt with before, but I won't forget Abby and Nate Riesen, I apologize for not having more time to praise these two. Jerry Zdeb More

Mike and the staff were very willing to work with us until we reached a workable lease price per month. It took several tries and the finance department did come up with a lease price that we felt we co until we reached a workable lease price per month.
