Each visit to the dealership has been a very pleasant experience. Every employee I've spoken too has been fully knowledgeable in the areas I've had questions in. I was e-shopping for a new Rav4. Nate responded quickly to my inquiry. He gave me a price that included everything I was looking for. The entire purchase was done online. We saw the car for the 1st time when we picked it up. Mr. Lancaster came in to introduce himself and chat with us while Nate was giving us the tutorial on the car. Since our purchase, we have had all of our oil changes, tire rotations, etc. done at Jon Lancaster. (Even though we live 230 miles away) We are extremely pleased with our experience and will be shopping for cars with them in the future. More

Lancaster Toyota is the ULTIMATE professional organization. I havn't met a bad employee yet. Well run & they DO stand behind their product!!! Nate Riesen was exceptional in every respect when I bought my Prius. He was very knowledgeable about the product, very helpful through the whole process from test drive through delivery of my vehicle, bought my Prius. Nate is attentive to our needs both during the sale and after. One Example - I needed to get an appointment made for our recall and was having troubles connecting with the one service dept. person that after. She was excellent at explaining the 2009 Prius we bought new from her. The figures she came out with from the beginning, also, were consistent with what we had researched on the internet and thus, little ha new from her. Finally, I have had very good dealings with Jon Lancaster in the past, unlike my experiences with cross-city rival, Smart Motors, and so it was a great combination of dealer and salesperson. More
