We are very happy with our purchase and the trips back for oil changes. Gas mileage is great on the Corolla but we would like to upgrade to a larger Toyota and are wondering if there are any incentives ou for oil changes. I had a great experience with purchasing my new Prius. I felt No pressure to purchase. I have had my car for 1 year and LOVE IT!!! Basically my experience was good compared to other dealerships that I had dealt with in the past. The only negative aspect of the process would be the pushing of extra products such as paint coating dealerships that I had dealt with in the past. I hate shopping for new cars... I'm reluctant to I hate shopping for new cars... I'm reluctant to buy for fear of finding someone else "got a better deal". But, with our old toyota van being totaled in an accident, my wife and I decided to buy a new van. We planned on keeping the new vehicle for many years so we weren't concerned about depreciation. We had liked our other toyotas (a truck too) so we felt confident in looking again to this make of auto. It began with my internet query into a van price which was received by abby. She was very nice, cordial and answered all of my questions quickly and candidly. After making an appointment with Abby, I ventured with my whole family to the dealership. Nate and Abby were incredible. To my surprise, I have never had any sales experience better than the one with Nate and Abby. Nate had a wealth of knowledge about the van we were interested in. He easily handled all of the questions I posed. I was amazed at how relaxed I felt during the whole process. I didnt feel like I needed to get out of the dealership. There were no feelings of sticker anxiety. I felt completely at home and it was all due to Nate and Abby. I was having a good time and buying a car. Imagine that! When it came to bargaining for a price, I came away confident that the negotiated price was one I could live with. It was a fair price. My wife and I were so pleased with our purchase that we told our good friends about it. They, too, were in the market for a new van. We gave them Nate and Abby's number and sure enough.
