I bought my car new more than 5 years ago. I was extremely happy working with Nate when I first purchased the vehicle, and have been very satisfied with the ongoing maintenance service as well. When I bought my car, I was just out of college, had some debt, not great credit - but Nate really worked with me to figure out what I could truly afford and get good financing on. Additionally, the ongoing communication I have from Nate and the Lancaster dealership has been good. I'm not being bombarded with emails, but yet still have a communication periodically updating me on what's new at the dealership - and I appreciate that. I purchased the car care service with my vehicle, and servicing my car has never been easier! The service technicians are always great, and efficient. I know I will definitely go back to Lancaster, and hopefully still Nate, when I'm ready to buy again. More
