I have purchased several vehicles from the Jon Lancaster dealership and have always been happy with the high quality of the facility, staff, and product. My friends that were referred here also had excellent experiences with the Jon Lancaster dealership Nate and Abby Reisen were excellent salespeople to work with when I purchased my new vehicle. Their hands on approach to sales translated directly into a positive buying experience. Their concern for my happiness did not end when the check was handed over. They followed up and helped when I was interested in running boards and other after market goods. They have also maintained contact through e-mails to determine if I was satisfied with my new vehicle after driving it for a while. I sense that their concern was genuine and not simply driven by an interest in future sales. The Reisen's accomplished both of these things during the transaction without ever coming off as pushy or desperate for a sale. I will conyinue to refer friends and family members to the Jon Lancaster dealership and the Reisens. More

I gave a great raiting because when I went to buy a new car Nate was very heplful! He sat down with me over a couple hours and gave me several options. After getting my car I went back to Jon Landcaster Toyota for a oil change and such and Nate recognized me and took the time to asked how things were going with the new car. Nate seems to care about you even when you come back. He was on top of his game when dealing with me, and thats why I recommended two others to purchase new vehicles from Nate as well. They have also had the same great dealings with him!! More

I leased a 2009 Prius from Abby. She was extremely knowledgable about the car, worked very well with her manager to facilitate the best deal for the customer. Nate was also great - he helped program all the bells and whistles on the car when Abby was with another customer and patiently explained everything to me. I have recommeded Abby and Nate to at least 3 other friends. I like new cars and have had several - Abby and Nate are by far the best sales people have had to deal with. When promotions or raises come about, they should be considered as they are a great representative for the dealership and the Toyota brand. The dealership as a whole was clean, well maintained. All the sales people were very accomodating and I would go back to the dealership for another car. More
