Nate and Abby were terrific. I am a Honda die hard loyal, so the fact that I bought a Toyota was a big deal for me. All kidding aside, we are actually not dissuaded about Toyota's quality due to the recalls. We love our Prius so far and so glad that Nate and Abby persuaded us to buy one. I am hoping it runs for 15 years with no issues like my Accord...that will be the real test! More
