Nate Riesen is a naturally friendly man who patiently answered our many questions and gladly showed us our new Matrix' many features. We even asked him to do us a favor which he did. Excellent facilities. Enjoyed working with Nate - very friendly guy. Received more on my trade-in than I expected, which helped lower the cost of the new vehicle. When I was shopping for a new car I went to several dealerships. I was very happy with Nate. He seemed very sincere and honest about everything and answered all my questions. Nate and Abby were terrific. I am a Honda die hard loyal, so the fact that I bought a Toyota was a big deal for me. We gave a 3 for price since there was no negotiation on that - if we only knew the recall was coming we'd have pushed harder on that :-). All kidding aside, we are actually not dissuaded about Toyota's quality due to the recalls. We love our Prius so far and so glad that Nate and Abby persuaded us to buy one. I am hoping it runs for 15 years with no issues like my Accord...that will be the real test! More
Nate was very patient with us while we test drove several vehicles and he was very knowledgeable about all of the available Toyota models. He spent a lot of time with us to make sure we knew all of the feat vehicles and he was very knowledgeable about all of the available Toyota models. Abby Riesen, Sales Department is the person I dealt with via internet quotes, she got my attention by quick response for a price for a new vehicle. While not the lowest quote I received, she provided the best service for our needs and when we test drove the vehicle she proved to us she knew her products and job well.
