Took an inordinate amount of time to purchase a used vehicle that we had called and set up an appointment about. Communication with swift via texting, but we received conflicting reports from different vehicle that we had called and set up an appointment about. Once we purchased the truck, we realize it needed to be rustproofed. The salesman told us it would be an almost immediate service call with an a matter of days actually it took us two weeks. I did need a loaner car, and I understand that that took some time however, I called the morning of my appointment and confirmed that my loaner car would be available at 11 AM. I showed up at 11 AM and one of the service technicians said that everything is fine except there is no loaner. No one apologized. It took them over an hour to find me a car. Very poor service poor communication. More
