He helps guide you thru the process but lets you move at your own speed. It feels like you're working with a friend and from what I can see the rest of the sales people are similar. I shopped Atlantic VW 2 cars ago but went back to Donaldsons after not liking the slick-feeling, pushy approach at Atlantic. Service also has the friendly, comfortable vibe.
