Excellent Lease Experience I leased a 2015 Jetta on March 7th. Before I chose Donaldsons I sent email inquiries to all VW dealers close by, asking for a price quote. Most of the I leased a 2015 Jetta on March 7th. Before I chose Donaldsons I sent email inquiries to all VW dealers close by, asking for a price quote. Most of the replies I received were trying to avoid giving out specific numbers at the beginning and it took a couple of email exchanges on average for me to get the info I needed. Donaldsons, unlike many of the dealers, gave me a very frank price quote right away. Not only that, the price quote was also the best I got. No tricks, no back and forth negotiation, just the best price to begin with. To me that's simply the most important trait for a dealer to earn my trust. I also had an old Passat to trade in. To my surprise, they offered me a price which is even better than the upper limit suggested on KBB. The overall shopping experience was very pleasant. The sales, Brad, was very helpful and he answered all my questions about the lease contract as well as the car itself. Oh, did I forget to mention that he threw in the mat kit for free without me even asking for it? I'm very satisfied with Donaldsons and I love my new car. There's no doubt that I will buy or lease my next VW at Donaldsons. More
