Nothing but professionalism! Normally, I have to go home and think about the decision I am making. This was a no brainer! The Passat I test drove was perfect and there were no hard sell tactics. Everything was comfortable, no unrealistic prices were given to make you feel like you had to negotiate. I signed the contract and came back the next day to pick up my beautiful new car!
