Best Car Buying Experience I have ever had I went here In search of A certified Pre owned car to replace my 2006 Nissan Xterra. I had a pretty specific budget in mind and was hoping to find a I went here In search of A certified Pre owned car to replace my 2006 Nissan Xterra. I had a pretty specific budget in mind and was hoping to find a Beetle in good condition for Wife. I had the Extreme pleasure of Working with Darren Bruno who is unlike any Car salesman I have ever dealt with. A better title would be Car Purchase Facilitator. He has a calm pleasant and personable demeanor and puts absolutely no stress on you what so ever. He just guides and advises. He took me on A test drive and proceeded to tell me anything I could ever want to know about the Cars features, its design and its engineering. He wasn't able to quite get me the number I wanted for the car the first night, but the dealership was closing and I said I would speak to him the next day. Any other place would have probably ran the cliche lines at this point, such as "what would it take to get you in this car right now"? etc. But He just said he would work on negotiating for me and we would be in touch. To make a long story short he ended up coming up with a mutually agreeable number over the phone which I appreciate. (every other dealership forces you to come down and haggle the entire day) . I came in had some pleasant conversation, gave a $100 deposit and my FAVORITE part was no one hassled me to use their financing which is the absolute worst part of the car buying experience because this is where everything always changes. He asked if I Would like to use their financing or give it a try, but I already secured financing from my credit union. That was it. Then when I picked up the car with my family he made everyone feel at home, introduced us to everyone and must have spent AT least 30 minutes if not longer just sitting in the car with my wife going over all the features. Usually that part is 2 minutes, if that. I could go on and on but I am just grateful to have been set up with such a great salesman. I was not planning on trading my Pathfinder in for a VW in 2 years, but because of him Im going to at least give it a shot. Thanks again. More
