We have been extremely happy with all the people we have dealt with at Donaldsons, especially Dave Clark who sold us our 2013 and 2016 Outbacks. We are very happy with the Service department also. Purchasing of our Tiguan for my wife as a Suprise When in today looking for a Certified Pre owned Tiguan. There I meet James Pitney, I must say it was one of the most pleasurable experiences I have ha When in today looking for a Certified Pre owned Tiguan. There I meet James Pitney, I must say it was one of the most pleasurable experiences I have had in purchasing a vehicle. He really listened to my needs as I was trying to surprise my wife today. Without any pressure what so ever he assisted me in purchashing our Tiguan. By 3:45 I had our vehicle, at a great price and finance rate. When we pickup the vehicle he took the time to explain all the feature on the car and then made her day by programing the phone to the car! Thanks again James. More
