Great experience I originally wound up at Donaldson's with pretty much no intention of actually buying a car however, James' professionalism made me rethink that. He s I originally wound up at Donaldson's with pretty much no intention of actually buying a car however, James' professionalism made me rethink that. He spent a ton of time with me going over my different options and showing me different cars until I found one I was interested in and although I left without a car, he definitely left me interested. I went to Atlantic VW the following week just to see what they had to offer and it was by far the worst experience. They offered me a better price for an upgraded model but their customer service was so bad there was no way I could justifying buying a car from them. Although Donaldson's did not have the exact car I wanted and other dealerships did, I could not pass up James' customer service and had to go back to him. He really took the time to help me find the exact car I wanted and helped me get a great deal on it and I was able to leave with it that same day! After I got it he sat in the car with me to walk me through everything and even called me a couple days later asking how I liked the car and asking if I had any questions. This was my first time buying a car and after Atlantic left a bad taste in my mouth, James really restored my faith. I would highly recommend stopping at Donaldson's and seeing James. More
