Your team is what makes you great! I got my first car from Donaldson's in 2013. Being the young person I was at the time, I wasn't very involved with the process; my parents did everyth I got my first car from Donaldson's in 2013. Being the young person I was at the time, I wasn't very involved with the process; my parents did everything. I brought my Jetta back for every oil change, routine maintenance, and NYS Inspection until this past month, after I lost my car to a freak accident. My first and only choice for a new car was a new Jetta, and from no one else but Donaldson's. Cheesy jingle aside, they are indeed the smart choice. The gentleman who assisted me answered every question I had, he explained everything to me, and he walked me through the process every step of the way; I truly felt confident in my purchase. The sales staff and maintenance staff are well informed and truly know their products and services. This is a wonderful dealership, and I wouldn't choose anyone else for a new car or for care for my car. Absolutely amazing place! More

I was pleasantly surprised with how easy the whole process was. I leased a 2016 Jetta and I absolutely love it. The staff were professional and accommodating. Tom Banville was beyond excellent. He always returned my phone calls promptly, was happy to answer my endless questions, was extremely helpful and accommodating, and made sure everything was prepared for me to drive off the lot the day I came in. He thoroughly explained the lease and car features until I was confident I understood both. Robert Zolyniak in the finance dept was extremely helpful and very nice as well. The follow-up call I received from Tom a few days later just to check in was much appreciated and made me even more confident in my decision to choose this dealership.
