Leased a brand new Jetta 5 months ago. Car is already having major issues, will not be fixed for at least 2 weeks, and I am not even given a loaner car, nobody seems to care, this is acceptable to these having major issues, will not be fixed for at least 2 weeks, and I am not even given a loaner car, nobody seems to care, this is acceptable to these people.
