Good Times I went to Donaldson to look and hope to purchase one of your used VW’s to replace my beetle that was totaled on the LIE. Needless to say the numbers and my budget didn’t work. I was ready to walk away but Rob Aviles asked if I would be interested in a lease. After showing me the Jetta and numbers everything worked out. I am 72 years old and have bought/leased many new vehicles and the process was always 'complicated' before in one way or another. Not with Donaldson's. My salesman was Robert (A) and he was just a joy to meet and get to know. His sales skills were excellent and his personality was very, very pleasing. (We wanted to bring him home with us!!!) He was knowledgeable and HONEST (!) and the deal he offered us didn't change from beginning to end. He located and acquired the exact car we wanted and did it quickly. What more can one ask?
