He advised me not to run my credit- to come back in about in a year and a half because I was in negative equity. I was so grateful for his honesty & returned back- & sure enough! I walked out with a brand new 2017 Passat! Although Shane was not my sales man, Brad was amazing! He was very honest, personable, and he treated me like if I was family! He spent about 1/2 hour explaining the features of my car. I can honestly say- The experience I had at Donaldson dealership was far from your average experience! Sat down with the sale person after test driving a Subaru and was ready to make a deal, he (Steven) refuse to accept my deposit and wait until I process a loan with MY bank ( which typically takes two days). I see two reasons why Mr. Steven F. acted as a A..H.... 1. I didn't want to used the dealer financing and 2. He had other customer test driving the same car while I was sitting their with the sale person and though he could force me into a unfair terms. Never again. More
