I named her "Snowflake", just in time for winter. Dave Clark was our sales consultant, he was pleasant, professional and very thorough. Often times, younger adults like myself and my fiancée are treated differently at car dealerships but this has never been the case at Donaldson's. I was never made to feel lesser because we were buying less expensive cars. The entire time we were treated with class and respect. I felt like we were big shots buying a big body Benz, not young adults buying a Volkswagen. This particular purchase is to be my daily driver and, though Darren knew I am well versed in technology, he still took the time to show me how all of the new features in the vehicle worked. He even made sure I remembered how to put the manual transmission into reverse, as it had been years since I had personally been the owner of a Volkswagen. At the parts department, I ordered a cargo hook to help keep my trunk organized and they offered a discount as I had just purchased a new vehicle. This was pleasant and unexpected. I've been nothing but impressed with Donaldson's as a whole and Darren as a salesperson. No disrespect to other Volkswagen dealerships but, in my opinion, this is the premier place to go to buy a Volkswagen. More
