They received my lease turn-in VW and had my new VW ready for me quickly. They spent all of the time I needed to familiarize myself with the new car. I will send my friends and associates looking for a new VW to them and know that they will be taken care of properly. Steve went over my lease documents and was able to answer all of the questions I had. Working with him is always a pleasure. My family and I have leased several vehicles from this team at Donaldsons. Not only painless...fun We had a great experience at Donaldsons VW. I bought my first Beetle at their predecessor (Bianchi Motors) in 1963! Back then it was a shiny red Beet We had a great experience at Donaldsons VW. I bought my first Beetle at their predecessor (Bianchi Motors) in 1963! Back then it was a shiny red Beetle...now, more than a half century later, we returned to buy a great, used RED Beetle...much improved by the passage of decades, but fun to be back. Our salesman, Brad Dexler was great...made it easy for us and, as I said, painless. We were out the door last night in under an hour, including test drive. We returned this morning and spent an hour with Brad and Pat finishing paperwork and getting a "fam tour" of the car that even included pairing our cell phones to the car's bluetooth.
