I bought a TDI leftover on Friday and went back on Monday to help my son buy a car. Brad was the assigned salesman and could not have been more helpful on both occasions. Perhaps that helps explain why we have had nothing but VWs until this year, when we purchased a Subaru at Donaldson's. Because we were in the market for a second car, we thought we might change things up a bit more, and went to three other dealerships to look at other makes of cars . But none of the other dealerships could compare, and we ended up back at Donaldson's, where we leased a new Jetta. It felt like coming "home". And we could not be more pleased with the results. Purchase of 2016 Certified Tiguan From the moment my wife and I walked into Donaldson VW until we drove out in our VW Certified 2016 Tiguan, we enjoyed a very special experience. From the moment my wife and I walked into Donaldson VW until we drove out in our VW Certified 2016 Tiguan, we enjoyed a very special experience. We were greeted by Darren Bruno upon our arrival. He was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable right from the start. Since we were undecided as to which model we wanted and were also trying to decide between a new vs a late model Certified vehicle, we had a lot of questions. Not only was Darren very knowledgeable with regard to the features and benefits of each model, but he was extremely patient as he took the time to answer our questions. After our initial visit, we felt we had gotten the information we needed to make a decision. As often happens, we did have additional questions as we narrowed our election down to the 2016 Tiguan which we finally bought. we called Darren several times and he got right back to us with the answers. On the day we took delivery, Darren was there with a friendly greeting again. Since we had decided to use VW financing, Darren introduced us to Robert Zolyniak who very patiently answered all our questions regarding financing. We found him to be very friendly and knowledgeable as well. When we had finished arranging the financing, Darren carefully reviewed all the paperwork with us, after which he took us out to the car for our delivery demo. Since this is our first car with blue tooth and a navigation system, Darren took the extra time to explain how all the systems worked. He spent close to an hour doing this which we very much appreciated. Before we left, Darren took us in to meet the service manager and some of the service staff. They all encouraged us to feel free to call if we ever encountered any problems. It is no wonder that Donaldson VW has such an outstanding reputation. We are happy to add our recommendation to all the others which have been put forth in the past. More
