What a super surprise! The next experience with their sales department was for a new Jetta, easy professional and a great car! Just this week we purchased a new Passat Rob our sales guy (who by the way I spoke with on several occasions before with out any purchases) was wonderful and attentive to our needs. Best car buying experience I have had! My first car was a VW Jetta and I loved it, so I knew when I was in the market to buy a new car I wanted another Jetta. I went to the dealership that I had purchased my '09 Jetta from to inquire about a lease, and was very unhappy with my experience. I went to another dealership and was just as unhappy. When I was looking at the VW July lease specials I came across Donaldson's and I'm so glad I went with them. When I walked into the door I wasn't approached in an aggressive manner, and none of the staff were pushy. I was introduced to Tom, and told him exactly what I was looking for. I explained the lease special I saw online and it was completely matched. Tom was very receptive to what I wanted and did not try to sell any other cars to me that I was clearly not interested in, he was extremely helpful in working out a deal for the Jetta I had my eye on. He was understanding of my situation as a full-time student who is working part-time, and there were no surprises when it came to the pricing. I was extremely happy/relieved with the whole process overall, it went smoothly from the moment I walked in until I drove off the lot. Thank you again for the great car buying experience! More
