So easy We had visited another dealer and settled on a price. There were emails back and forth for documentation concerning the price, etc. After two days, We had visited another dealer and settled on a price. There were emails back and forth for documentation concerning the price, etc. After two days, we were ready to lease the car from that dealership. When I called up to speak with the salesperson to let him know we were moving forward, the down payment started to change...fees for this and that, gas fee ($48!), etc. So I called Donaldsons. Immediately, their price was $1750 less. When I called the original dealer, they said, "The price will change when you go in to buy the car. Call me after that happens." I was sooo angry at their attitude. Anyway, Donaldson's quoted a price and that's the price we got. Brad called me from his car (as he was driving his daughter to college) to make sure the process was seamless. I will recommend Donaldson's to anyone who is looking for a VW or Subaru. . More
