Most of these visits were stressful to say the least. The sales people would literally block the door from you leaving without leasing/purchasing a vehicle. Not so at Donaldson's. Ashley made the experience stress free. At my first visit I was undecided between the Forester and the Outback. Ashley gave me a lot of information on both and suggested I come back in when I was ready to test drive the vehicles. After test driving both I still went home to sleep on it without any pressure from Ashley. I could tell she definitely wanted me to be sure of what I wanted and to be happy with my choice.
