Everyone we came in contact with was very helpful and knowledgeable. Tim Hogan was extraordinary. He listened and picked up on what we were looking for. I was in sales for 45 years and Tim demonstrated knowledgeable. Tim Hogan was extraordinary. He listened and picked up on what we were looking for. I was in sales for 45 years and Tim demonstrated all the attributes that make a great salesman; knowledgeable about the Subaru and VW line, bells and whistles we were looking for and while we went in with intention to buy a Subaru, Tim listened to our “wish list” and showed us the VW Atlas. He was never pushy, he just presented the cars and the differences. Tom was also excellent in explaining all the features when we collected the car, I’m sure we’ll be calling him for more help. It’s only been a few days but we love the car. Tony was also excellent walking us through the maintenance packages and we signed up to the 100,000 warranty. All in all we give the dealership a great rating. More

I just wanted to take a minute to rate my recent experience at East Hills VW in Sayville. This was a very smooth process from beginning to end. More specifically I would like give high praise to my experience at East Hills VW in Sayville. This was a very smooth process from beginning to end. More specifically I would like give high praise to my salesman, Darren Bruno. Not only was he extremely genuine, he was also a true professional. There was no haggling or gimmicks and really no pressure. Darren was extremely knowledgeable when it came to answering all of my questions about the 2022 VW Taos, (which I LOVE)! His knowledge and experience in auto sales was far superior to that of the salesman that I encountered at other local dealerships. His approach is quite relaxed and there was no pressure from him at all. The rest of the staff were quick, efficient and friendly. I would highly recommend East Hills Volkswagen. Thank you again Darren for your patience and for staying late when we came to pick up our 2022 SE VW Taos! More
