VW Credit lease return / Problem solved Received a bill two months after I turned in my old lease from VW Credit. I was being billed for damage that did not exist. The car I returned was under milage and in pristine condition. I went back to Damon at Donaldsons. He got right on the phone with VW Credit. Damon took care of the problem. He was on the phone with them for over an hour trying to fix their (VW Credit) mistake. This is why Donaladsons is the only choice when purchasing a VW. Damon is unlike any salesperson I have ever delt with. He cares about not just selling you a car but treats his customer like family.
