Rob and Kurt always greet me by name even when I am not their customer that day. I came in for an oil change and NYS Inspection, I was just browsing in the showroom when Brad asked if he could help me. We were just talking about some cars on the lot, he punched some numbers, next thing I know I'm talking trade in and leaving with a new 2018 Jetta. Rob from finance worked several possible plans; he was so was patient explaining it to me at least 3x. I walked out with a new 2018 Jetta. I didnt think I could love driving a car more than I loved my last car, but every Jetta I buy surpasses the last. This is the 4th Jetta I've bought from Donaldsons and 2nd time Brad and Rob were part of the sale. Again kudos to your service dept. Jetta #6. More
