Tom was great, no pressure. Showed me all the bells and whistles (some I still haven't used yet) upon delivery. They gave me a full tank of gas and I drove away like I stole it. Also, their F&I guy (Finance & Insurance) was great as well (I forgot his name). The post purchase relationship is a very strong reason to buy from Donaldson's. Their service department is outstanding. More

Best car buying experience! We came to look at a beetle to be my daughter’s first car. This has been her dream car since she was a little girl. On pick up day my daughter was again made to feel like the star of the show by Darren. He introduced her to the service department people.
