Best Car Buying Experience We Ever Had!!! We were looking for a 7 passenger SUV and chose Donaldson’s just so we can compare the VW Altas and Subaru Ascent side by side. But from the time we w We were looking for a 7 passenger SUV and chose Donaldson’s just so we can compare the VW Altas and Subaru Ascent side by side. But from the time we walked in it was the most pleasant experience we ever had buying a car. The dealership is spotless and the people were all friendly and nice. After looking at the Atlas our salesman Rick Shalla introduced us to David on the Subaru side and both were very respectful of our time and our needs. We decided to go with the Atlas and working with Rick was great. He took care of everything, even contacting our insurance company. The day I showed up to drop off my trade-in and pick up our new car I was in and out of the dealer in less than 30 minutes. I spent no more than 5 minutes with the finance guy and the rest of the time Rick showed me how to use every feature on the Altas. Highly recommend both Rick Shalla and Donaldsons. More
