We knew what we wanted, but wanted to take our time to get there and not feel pressured. Darren never made us feel pressured. He is highly educated on all models and was able to explain differences in vehicles in a simple way. My husband had previously bought from VW, but I had not and I appreciated that Darren took his time to explain the details to me.
