No haggling! I recently leased a Subaru Forester from Donaldsons. I had shopped around several places and they all gave one price then they went a little lower and I recently leased a Subaru Forester from Donaldsons. I had shopped around several places and they all gave one price then they went a little lower and sometimes even lower when I was leaving Zaak at Donaldsons pulled at a flyer with a fair price and that was it. He didn't change the price or check with his "manager" to try to get me to sign right away when I left after my initial visit That is why I came back and purchased my forester. I cannot comment on their service department as I have not used it at the time of writing this review, More

And, this is not my first rodeo as the expression goes!! I've LEASED A LOT OF CARS in my lifetime! But, I've NEVER DEALT WITH A MORE HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY, CARING CAR DEALERSHIP / SALES CONSULTANT like DONALDSON'S VOLKSWAGEN and BRAD DREXLER my sales consultant. I highly recommend Brad, and Donaldson's to anyone looking to buy or lease a CAR / SUV !!!!!!! Another really nice person who worked with Brad (as if they were trusted friends and teammates) is Rob Cassero (who sits in the desk right next to Brad). But, Brad was the wonderfully caring and HONEST at every step of my leasing experience! I don't want to forget Mr. Steve Fulco, (SALES MANAGER of Donaldson's Volkswagen)! Because, without Mr. Fulco's blessing, I wouldn't have my Volkswagen Atlas (SUV), an engineering marvel of beauty and technology! It puts my last car (Lincoln Continental) to SHAME! The Atlas rides as good or better than my wife's Mercedes GLK-350. The ride feels like you're floating on air, or a magic carpet ride! When I would drive over the Long Island RR Tracks in my Continental, I'd feel a sharp pain stabbing me where my four three inch screws are in my lower back! But, when I drove my new Atlas over the same tracks I only felt low impact bump in the road. It most definitely has SUPERIOR ENGINEERING COMPARED TO THE LINCOLN CONTINENTAL BY FAR!!! There are two more people I dealt with from the start and finish of my leasing experience. The first (Literally Speaking) was the Phone Receptionist. Christine was always so helpful and another caring person at Donaldson's. My last but not least individual who rapped up my experience was Patty (the Business and Personal Information Specialist). Patty had a smile as everyone else at Donaldson's that made me feel like I was part of the Donaldson's FAMILY!!!! I want to thank BRAD, my main man for his PATIENCENT, CARING PERONALLITY!
