Robert seemed cool at first, but once it was clear that I was serious about buying a new Jettawagon, he was as helpful as could be. I was scheduled for an eye operation the day I picked up my car. I was particularly impressed by Pat Davis's initiative. She contacted my by phone at 10:00 am, responding to inquiries I had made the night before on the internet. I outlined my concerns and questions and she began working with me immediately ( as compared to other dealerships closer to my home who could not even pick up the phone or answer a message left on voice mail.). We worked throughout the day, totally on the phone, to arrive at a satisfactory outcome. Furthermore, Pat and the dealership made it possible for me to complete paperwork before I had to leave town the next day on business. I had been to three other dealerships that day and VW would be the last. I knew there was a sale going on but that would not be enough to make me leave with a car. Typically I can't wait to leave a dealership because most people will not except the fact that you will not be buying a car today. Tom made my experience great. My aunt was in an accident and her car was a total loss when she decided to buy another car I suggested a Jetta cause I new she would be safe so I brought her into Donaldson's and she loved the Jetta anI willd Darren Bruno was the nicest salemen I have dealt with made the whole purchase very smooth ,Darren took his time answered all my aunts question he was just wonderful and an asset to your dealership.I will highly recommend Donaldson's to anyone buying a VW. After having a Toyota for over 20 years I was presently surprised by the service I received from sales, financing and the service way to help me.
