I traveled a little further to Donaldson's based on other positive reviews and was glad I did. Went for a nice test drive, but that didn't seal the deal. I had been driving my previous car for 13 years. Prior to visiting Donaldson's, I did a substantial amount of research online and visited a few dealerships (VW, Honda, Jeep). Unfortunately, I found that these dealerships fit the stereotypes and basically I felt disrespected and belittled. Donaldson's and Darren in particular were so different. From my first experience calling to see if the car I wanted was on the lot in the color combo I wanted through purchasing the car, Darren was incredibly helpful, respectful, and just overall very pleasant to work with. Darren took a great deal of time to give me a thorough test drive as well as a thorough overview of the car and all its features when I picked up the car. I would absolutely recommend Donaldson's and Darren to anyone looking for a new car and am looking forward to bringing my car in for its scheduled service appointments (even though there are other VW dealers closer to my home).
