I went to the dealership already knowing what I had want and was directed to a very friendly and knowledgeable salesman, who took my order and gave me a time frame on when I might expect the vehicle to arri and was directed to a very friendly and knowledgeable salesman, who took my order and gave me a time frame on when I might expect the vehicle to arrive. I was quite surprised when Pat had called me informing me that my vehicle had arrived. Pat had made the arrangements for me to pick up the vehicle and Robert had followed up to confirm the time and to provide me with the amount required for the bank check. Upon arrival the day to purchase the vehicle Robert gave a very good overview of the functions of the radio/phone system and helped with the pairing of my phone with the vehicle. There was another Robert who did the final paperwork, he was very knowledgeable and courteous in his part of the process. Robert Cassero also provided me with information I requested and the brought me to the parts counter were Greg had helped me with the information that I was looking for with the new vehicle. From start to finish the process went smoothly and would highly recommend this dealership and staff to anyone looking for a Volkswagen. More
