I have to say this service department hit it right out of the ball park! I purchased a 2003 vw beetle for my daughter with 95000 thousand miles in oct 2013 privatly. After an on going check engine light and repairs, I decided to take the car to the dealer.. the car was losing coolant. I arrived late about 530pm checked the car in with Robert ( extremely professional) and he assured me I was in great hands. 740 am the next morning Kurt wich I later found out was the service manager called me, introduced himself and my issues. 2 hours later called me back to discuss my options. I gave the ok and had a timing belt, thermostat and a water pump done all as Kurt was in touch with me numerous times during the repair. He really went over and beyond durning the process of the repair also giving me complete price quotes on other things I was concerned with..
